A native Englishman, Stu is currently employed by a large IT corporation in RTP. He worked for the same corporation in England before moving to the States.

Stu has always had a keen interest in commercial brewing and often worked part time in the bars and cellars of independent and major breweries on a casual basis while growing up in the UK. His extensive travel has enabled Stu to identify with many cultures perceptions and styles of brewing.

Stu is a certified beer server (cicerone.org) and committed home brewer, and he is responsible for bringing together the Fortnight Brewing team.  As head of operations, Stu is responsible for day to day oversight of the brewery and making sure that all of the little pieces fall into place, from managing a production schedule to working with the team to develop long-term goals and projections.
